Since 1996, the residents of Clover Court have been responsibly maintaining the natural areas of their community.

The Green Valley Maintenance Corp’s mission is to maintain the shared parcel known as “Clover Court Park” (parcel 08-055.1-502), otherwise known as the openspace and wooded / wetland area from the street down to the creek. To keep expenses as low as possible, thereby keeping annual dues low, and to be fiscally responsible and transparent with the money of the owners. All of the GVMC Officers are volunteer positions.
