Every penny collected and spent by the Green Valley Maintenance Corp will be listed on this page on a monthly basis. Website hosting related expenses and informational updates are currently donated to the GVMC.

Summary of annual costs for GVMC
The corporation pays dues to Green Valley CC for each unit. This guarantees our lawn cutting across the street as well as the grass behind our properties and the entrance to the development as well as snow removal. The current fee is $30 per unit. For 2025, the GVMC has paid $360 to the Green Valley CC to participate on their contract. The officers will reevaluate this for 2026.
Our insurance cost paid late December for the year 2023 was $450.
We pay $10.65 per unit to county as an administrative cost.
We pay a $25 fee annually to register the corporation.
