The County requires that the Maintenance Corp maintain a clear break between the hillside (left) and the woods / wetland (right).

The clearing is required maintain an area of erosion control between the hillside and the wooded wetlands. If trimming is not done, the forest will easily take 6 to 12 inches a year.

The To Do List:

• Occasionally mow the grass path

• Keep the path clear of debris and encroaching brush from both sides

• Depending on time since last cut, the brush encroachment may require a brush cutter / weed wacker.

• Estimated time for job - 1 -2 hours.
