General Upkeep

Aside from required County inspection areas, there are several other tasks that need upkeep each year.

The To Do List:

• Topsoil, padding and grass seeding: The slope at the front of the street where deer often come up is in terrible shape. We need to restore that area by adding topsoil and grass seed to the area. The GVMC has been cited several times in the past.

• The line of bushes and other flora at top of swale (shown above) should trimmed on both sides to two to three foot height and 3 foot wide.

• Trash and debris pick up on the street and in our parking spots.

• Estimated time: 1 hour with a weed trimmer or brush cutter.
